A sample-review record names the physical specimen, the proposed product, its relevant issue and the scope of the review. A concept image can help describe a preference, but cannot establish what was received or accepted. Keep requested, received and reviewed states distinct, with the actual source and reviewer responsible for any real decision.
For a screen, cap or corner, identify which face or counterpart relation the review concerns. A sample may answer an appearance question without resolving the whole specification. Record that limited scope instead of presenting a broad approval. If another specimen is proposed, retain the previous identifier and explain the relation between the two.
Before carrying the result into a bundle, check whether the product issue, counterpart or project scope changed. A prior review may need to be reopened. The specification desk does not perform a sample review and has no approval control. Its local state and download only help a buyer list what the actual responsible parties should examine and record.
