FOLIOSPECIFICATION / DEMO

FOLIO / SPECIFICATION / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Document bundle

Carry identities and open questions with every record.

A document bundle should make the relationship between selected items and sources easy to review. Name each item, current reference and open question. Preserve the chosen discussion order without implying that it is a supplied set, approved priority or agreed sequence of work. The bundle should help another person locate the source, not make an unresolved record look complete.

Ask which files or samples the actual provider can supply and what scope they cover. Keep source identifiers and issue dates beside the related product rather than collecting anonymous attachments. A bundle can contain an old reference for context, but its status and relationship to the current proposal should be visible. Missing sources stay on the question list.

Before preparing an external request, review the selected identities and the scope-change notes. The specification desk exports a local NOT SENT record with the current product, revision, source state and ordered shortlist. It does not attach real documents, send an inquiry or approve a specification. Use the blank worksheet for actual source and reviewer details outside the demonstration.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
