DEMO — fictional range. Local brief only, NOT SENT. No personal data is collected or transmitted.

RANGE

Three products, and what settles each one.

The range covers battery enclosures, cable tray and inverter mounting. Each product page carries the feature that decides whether the system runs cool and compliant, and the questions worth settling before an order.

Original 3D render of a battery enclosure.

Product

Battery enclosure

An IP-rated enclosure for a rack of cells, with vented sides and a removable lid. Heat is the specification, because a cell that runs hot loses capacity first.

Product

Cable tray

A perforated tray run on a roof, carrying DC and AC separately. The separation is the specification, not the load.

Product

Inverter bracket

A wall bracket that holds an inverter clear of the surface. The stand-off is the design, because an inverter against a wall cannot shed heat.

How the range is organised.

By what the system has to do rather than by what the part is. An enclosure is decided by heat, a tray by separation, a bracket by stand-off.

Heat-producing parts
Decided by airflow and vent area, not by strength
Cable routes
Decided by separation and support, not by fill
Mounting parts
Decided by stand-off and by the load including services
Outdoor parts
Decided by the coating, because the steel will not survive alone
