A tool register starts with actual identifiers and the subject represented by each source. A caddy, whole trolley and group of brush members have different scopes. A shared collection name should not erase those distinctions. Ask the provider which current reference identifies each proposed item and whether any member record is separate.
Keep appearance images beside the identity as illustrations rather than specifications. An empty compartment, shelf or visible bristle form cannot establish material, load or suitable use. If several tools are discussed together, preserve their individual source trails and name the proposed grouping separately. Similar colour or styling does not establish equivalence.
Carry the actual identifiers into sample, packing and change notes. Preserve an earlier issue with its original scope when the proposal changes. The demo’s DEMO codes keep its reading paths stable; replace them outside this study with the real provider references. The useful register makes missing correspondence visible instead of presenting a completed supply catalogue.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
