A service-tool handoff preserves the ordered individual identities, current references and proposed grouping purpose. Keep specimen notes, packing questions and change history separately labelled. A small bundle can be readable when every attachment has a clear subject and relationship to the actual proposal.
Do not turn the discussion list into a supplied kit or operating sequence. The ribbon contains only chosen records in reading order, with each tool’s own issue and source state. If one item changes, reopen its correspondence and preserve other records. Available attachments and requested sources should remain visibly distinct.
Export creates a NOT SENT file on the device. No provider message, order or review is created. Before real communication, replace DEMO identifiers with actual tool and member references, attach only available sources and identify the next responsible reader. Missing contents, specimen or packing information stays a question rather than an implied commercial promise.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
