CADDENSERVICE RECORDS / DEMO

CADDEN / SERVICE RECORDS / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Packing proposal

Record the proposed arrangement as a question.

A packing note should state its subject: an individual tool, a proposed member group or a container-and-contents discussion. Keep it separate from the product identity and a confirmed shipment configuration. The empty caddy and trolley images provide no carton, protective material, packed quantity or handling specification.

Ask which actual source covers the proposed packing scope and who is responsible for answering it. If several items are grouped, retain each identity and describe the grouping intention without implying a supplied kit. A brush group pictured together does not establish how members are packed or counted in a real proposal.

Keep earlier packing references as history when the proposal changes. Record the affected item, current question and source still needed. The blank scope worksheet supports preparation outside the demo; it is not a completed packing decision. Actual handling, logistics and supply requirements should be resolved with responsible current information through the real process.

Keep these fields together

  • Packing subject
  • Individual/group identities
  • Proposed arrangement
  • Responsible source
  • Unresolved scope

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
