CADDEN / SERVICE RECORDS / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Proposed kit

A discussion list is an intention to clarify.

A proposed kit note states what the buyer wishes to discuss and why the objects are grouped. Keep that intention separate from a supplied set, quantities or a confirmed contents arrangement. An empty caddy and trolley can illustrate container appearances without identifying what will be placed inside them.

Name each actual member and its current source. For a brush group, ask which source represents individual members and which describes the proposed group. Do not apply a single document to every selected tool unless its responsible scope actually covers them. If one proposal changes, preserve the other identities and reopen only the affected correspondence.

The local discussion ribbon unfolds chosen records in their reading order. It does not assemble a kit, calculate capacity or confirm supply. Before a real request, replace fictional labels, record the proposed contents separately and identify the responsible party who can answer the grouping question. Missing member information remains open.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
