CADDEN / SERVICE RECORDS / PURCHASING GUIDE
Prepare the question
before the decision.
Name each actual service tool before discussing a kit. A caddy, trolley and group of brushes have different represented scopes, even if a buyer wishes to discuss them together. Record the proposed contents separately from what is pictured, and keep sample correspondence with its actual physical label. Ask which current source covers each identity, then name any packing question as a proposal rather than a confirmed configuration. The discussion ribbon preserves one to three chosen records and their order. It does not count quantities or establish a ready-to-supply kit. When an issue changes, reopen its own source correspondence and retain the previous reference. Carry the remaining questions to a responsible provider through the real process.
Read the individual records first.
Every dossier gives its identity, visible appearance direction and the question left unresolved. Keep product identity and evidence applicability separate. A concept image is useful for describing a preference; it cannot establish the actual item, physical sample or current source.
Cleaning Caddy
Which current caddy source and proposed contents scope belong to the request?
Housekeeping Trolley
What source identifies the trolley and the scope of any proposed contents?
Brush Set
Which actual member identities and current source define the proposed group?
Use the field notes for the next step.
Choose the note that matches the relationship under discussion. Do not turn a generic attachment or source note into a complete answer for every record. Retain old sources as history when the proposed issue or context changes, with their relationship to the current proposal visible.
Tool register — Keep the individual identity readable.
Proposed kit — A discussion list is an intention to clarify.
Sample correspondence — One specimen may represent one member.
Packing proposal — Record the proposed arrangement as a question.
Change notes — A revised tool keeps its own history.
Service-tool handoff — Unfold the discussion without merging identities.
