GRIDLINE / UNIT LOAD / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Support context

An outline does not answer a support question.

Support context needs a defined item, current source and the subject of the real review. A carrier may appear to have feet, runners or a broad base; those visual features do not establish a supported arrangement. Ask the responsible provider what documentation applies to the actual proposal and which context it covers.

Keep the support question separate from the footprint record. When a base and enclosure have different sources, record both identities and their relationship instead of treating a shared photograph as a combined specification. A changed member or proposed issue may reopen that correspondence even if the displayed outline appears unchanged.

Use a blank scope worksheet to list what must be answered by the appropriate real-world reviewer. The demonstration has no loading, lifting or stability control and gives no handling method. Its discussion order only organizes records. Carry the source identifier and open support question together so another person can understand why an earlier reference may not answer the current proposal.

Keep these fields together

  • Carrier identity
  • Support question
  • Current source
  • Represented context
  • Responsible reviewer

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
