A change register identifies the previous proposal, the new difference and the records affected. Carrier identity, drawing issue and sample correspondence should remain separate fields. An unchanged product name does not prove an unchanged footprint or support relationship. Ask which current source describes the difference and who can answer for it.
Keep older references readable as history with their date and represented scope. If only one selected record changes, do not mark every carrier’s source as newly reviewed. The room demonstrates this distinction: changing the selected fictional issue makes its noted source stale while the other records retain their own states. Local noted is still preparation, not actual review.
Before taking a brief outside the website, list the specific relationships that need another answer. A new photograph alone cannot close the difference. Use the document handoff to carry the previous context, proposed issue and unresolved correspondence together. The demonstration performs no engineering change approval or decision about continued use.

- Affected identity
- Source to reopen
- Responsible next party
Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
