A load-description request should identify the actual object or grouping being discussed and the purpose of the question. An empty carrier appearance does not establish the nature, mass, dimensions or behaviour of anything placed on it. Start with the real subject rather than deriving a useful load from the visual size of a concept.
Ask which responsible source supplies the needed description and how it relates to the proposed carrier. Keep supplied facts, unanswered fields and review responsibilities distinct. A description received from one party is not automatically an approved carrier rating or a handling arrangement. Record its source and date so the question can be revisited when the subject changes.
Before combining records in a brief, name the relevant carrier and applicable source for every question. The local room supplies no calculation and its selected-record count is not a load quantity. Missing details stay blank in the worksheet. This page structures a sourcing conversation; real capacity, stability and suitability decisions require the actual provider and appropriate review.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
