EVIDENCE BEFORE CLAIMS FIELDNOTE / 06

A test result
needs a context.

This demo has no test reports, certifications or audited factory claims. Use the framework below to request evidence that is specific to the product, material and condition you intend to approve.

READ A REPORT CAREFULLY

Does the evidence describe your sample?

01

Identity match

Match the model, material, finish and revision. A report for a different coating or older construction may not answer the current question.

02

Method and condition

Check what was measured, how the sample was prepared and which acceptance criteria were used. A method name without context is incomplete.

03

Scope and conclusion

Separate a laboratory result from a certification or a production guarantee. Ask a qualified party to interpret legal or market-specific requirements.

Questions worth resolving.

Can the image support a durability claim?

No. The images are generated concept visuals. They cannot demonstrate seam strength, impact resistance, rolling performance, water resistance or material composition.

Is a factory audit the same as product certification?

No. They address different subjects and scopes. The actual documents, their issuer and their applicability need to be reviewed. This fictional studio represents neither.

When is a sample ready to approve?

When the authorised buyer and supplier have agreed the required criteria and reviewed the correct physical sample and supporting records. A local demo brief never acts as approval.
