THE LAYER ATLAS

See what changes.

Choose a layer to connect a visual decision with a component question. The schematic is explanatory, not a CAD model.

01

The shell is a starting point, not a specification.

A broad rib pattern gives this concept its visual identity. Before tooling, the team would need a controlled drawing of the wheel recess, handle clearance, corner radii and the joint between shell halves. The imagery cannot establish wall thickness, resin type or impact performance.

02

Separation without hiding the contents.

The proposed divider lets a buyer discuss a clean side and a frequently accessed side. Ask for a loaded sample with the actual packing set, then check whether the divider is removable, whether its fixings snag contents, and whether the zip closes without force.

03

A wheel is also a service decision.

Agree how wheel brackets and handle assemblies are attached before calling a product serviceable. Replacement access, spare-part availability and the commercial service policy are separate questions. This concept makes none of those promises.

THE FIRST SAMPLE REVIEW

Three questions
to take forward.

Use these as discussion prompts. The actual pass criteria and testing method must be agreed for your product and destination market.

Read the evidence approach
  1. How should the divider release without obstructing the zip?
  2. Can the wheel module be accessed for a repair assessment?
  3. Which loaded drop and rolling tests should the buyer request?
