DESIGN DIRECTION
All figures below are illustrative design targets. They are not a quotation, production specification or airline allowance.
THE LAYER ATLAS
Choose a layer to connect a visual decision with a component question. The schematic is explanatory, not a CAD model.
INSPECT A LAYER
All component notes are shown.
S-01 / Outer body
Composite-like shell finish; resin and wall thickness unconfirmed.
Carry this question into a briefO-01 / Organisation
Removable textile panel; attachment pattern requires a prototype.
Carry this question into a briefH-01 / Carry hardware
Mechanical interface concept; no repairability or load claim.

A broad rib pattern gives this concept its visual identity. Before tooling, the team would need a controlled drawing of the wheel recess, handle clearance, corner radii and the joint between shell halves. The imagery cannot establish wall thickness, resin type or impact performance.
The proposed divider lets a buyer discuss a clean side and a frequently accessed side. Ask for a loaded sample with the actual packing set, then check whether the divider is removable, whether its fixings snag contents, and whether the zip closes without force.
Agree how wheel brackets and handle assemblies are attached before calling a product serviceable. Replacement access, spare-part availability and the commercial service policy are separate questions. This concept makes none of those promises.
THE FIRST SAMPLE REVIEW
Use these as discussion prompts. The actual pass criteria and testing method must be agreed for your product and destination market.
