RANGE

Three products, and what settles each one.

The range covers a padded mailer, a bench dispenser and machine stretch film. Each product page carries the feature that decides whether it works at the packing station and the questions worth settling before an order.

Original 3D render of a mailing bag.

Product

Mailing bag

A padded mailing bag with a peel-and-seal flap. It is the cheapest pack in the range and the one most often used for the wrong thing.

Original 3D render of a void-fill dispenser.

Product

Void-fill dispenser

A bench dispenser holding a roll of paper void fill. It is bought to speed up packing, so the specification is the time per parcel rather than the material.

Product

Pallet wrap

A machine-grade stretch film on a core. The specification is the stretch rather than the thickness, because stretch is what holds the load.

How the range is organised.

By what the operator does with it rather than by what it is made of. A bag is decided by its seal, a dispenser by its tear edge, a film by its stretch.

Sealed packs
Decided by the seal, because one lift is a lost parcel
Bench equipment
Decided by the time per parcel, not by the material price
Stretch film
Decided by the stretch percentage, not by the thickness
Printed packs
Decided by the substrate, because it is not white
