GROVESETDEALER RECORDS / DEMO

GROVESET / DEALER RECORDS / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Replacement scope

A replacement begins as a proposal.

Record the previous item and the proposed alternative separately. Ask what specific scope the provider is proposing to replace and which current sources support that proposal. A matching catalogue label or visual outline cannot establish interchangeability. The useful record keeps the actual identities and the subject of the proposed difference visible.

Separate the proposal from any completed review or commercial commitment. A changed member may require an assembly correspondence to be reopened even when the overall product name stays the same. Retain historical sources with their issues and identify the question for the next responsible reviewer. Do not fill missing fit or material information from the concept images.

The folio’s local source state records preparation only. Its ordered list does not approve a replacement or identify a supplied quantity. Use issue history to preserve the older relation and dealer handoff to carry the open proposal outside the demonstration. Any actual suitability, supply and installation matters require the responsible provider and reviewers.
