A dealer handoff carries the actual part identifier, current source and unresolved counterpart or scope question together. Name the next responsible reader without assuming dealer authorization or a supplier relationship from the fictional brand. Distinguish a requested reference from a file actually possessed, and keep the subject of each source visible.
Include previous issues as labelled context where they explain the proposal. The reading order helps a recipient navigate the questions, but it does not establish a parts set, order quantity or approved replacement. If a source is missing or a relationship is unresolved, preserve that gap beside the relevant identity instead of applying a single reviewed status to the whole bundle.
The local folio export stays on the device and is marked NOT SENT. It transmits no message or order and includes no real customer fields. Before using an actual provider channel, replace demonstration identifiers with the real records and supply only the references you have. The next reader should be able to continue the same question without guessing its source.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
