A packing-context note names the actual commercial subject and the source describing its proposal. A single part in a studio still life does not establish quantity, protective packaging, pack dimensions or a shipping arrangement. Ask which provider record covers the proposed packing scope and which item identifiers it includes.
Keep product identity separate from the proposed pack and any specimen presentation. A sample may arrive in a different context from the supplied order. Record that difference instead of copying the sample’s appearance into a commercial promise. If packing scope changes, retain the earlier proposal and the source that needs another answer.
The blank scope worksheet gives a place to prepare these questions without inventing a quantity or protection standard. The dealer folio shows fictional part and source records only. Carry actual pack references and unresolved differences into handoff. Real packing, delivery and commercial terms belong to the responsible parties outside this website study.
