FICTIONAL E-PAPER STUDIOCONCEPT VALUES / SAMPLE EVIDENCE OPEN

08 / Next step

Write the questions before the order.

A shortlist is a discussion aid. A purchasing decision still needs a real product, a real supplier and an agreed evidence package.

01

Resolve the proposed configuration

Define the screen, controls, finish, accessories and software behavior that matter. Ask which details are configurable and which are fixed. Neither price nor MOQ is invented here; quotations, tooling and availability remain future supplier questions.

02

Request a bounded sample plan

Describe the representative files and intended tasks. Agree what the sample is meant to establish and what remains outside the trial. Discuss who records results, how discrepancies are handled and which changes would require another sample. Do not treat concept renders as approved production drawings.

03

Keep the handoff honest

Export a local brief with selected concepts and unresolved questions. Review it before sharing through your own channel. There is no inquiry endpoint, sales inbox, checkout or order submission in this template. A downloaded or locally saved draft remains marked NOT SENT.

Question for your brief

Which unresolved item prevents the shortlist from becoming an order?

Record it as unresolved. A future sample or document should provide the answer before a purchasing decision.
