A readable handoff names the proposed whole machine, any separately discussed accessories and the current surface question. Give each source its own identifier, date and represented scope. A compact bundle with clear relationships is more useful than an unlabelled stack of catalogue images and attachments.
Retain previous issues as history. If one item changes, reopen its own source correspondence rather than marking every machine in the discussion as newly reviewed. The local workspace demonstrates independent source states and preserves discussion order. That order is reading priority, not an operating route or a supplied equipment set.
The exported file is marked NOT SENT and stays on the device. Before a real communication, replace the fictional labels with actual identifiers, include only available sources and identify the next responsible reader. Missing surface, accessory or specimen information remains an explicit question. No order, review or provider response is created by this demo.
