A care reference should identify its subject and the party responsible for it. A surface-care note and an equipment-care document are different records. Ask which actual material, machine or accessory issue each source covers. Preserve the source date rather than replacing it with the date someone downloaded the file.
Do not derive a cleaning method from the appearance concepts. The gallery supplies no operating sequence, chemistry recommendation, maintenance interval or safety instruction. If a supplier sends a general document, retain its stated scope and ask whether a separate current reference is needed for the proposed item or surface.
Before handoff, separate available documents from requested ones. Keep unanswered applicability questions visible beside the actual identity. A local noted state records preparation and does not establish that guidance was received or reviewed. Use the real responsible channels to resolve handling and care questions with the relevant current information.
