An accessory discussion needs its own identity and a named whole-machine proposal. A visible brush, hose or wand can help explain the question, but an image does not establish supplied scope or counterpart fit. Ask which source names the accessory and which source connects it to the actual proposal.
Keep optional, proposed and actually supplied items distinct in the real record. Do not collapse them into one list because they appear together in a gallery. If the accessory issue changes, record the affected relationship and ask whether the whole-machine reference needs a corresponding update. Retain any earlier correspondence with its original scope.
Before a specimen request, state whether the sample concerns appearance, a member identity or another explicitly named question. Actual compatibility and use decisions remain with the responsible provider and reviewers. The blank source register leaves these fields empty so missing information stays visible rather than becoming an implied approval.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
