A record hierarchy describes how information subjects relate. Begin with the actual whole object, then name any component or counterpart records that the question needs. A shelf bay, bin and tray may be discussed at different levels. Their presence in this collection does not establish a physical containment relation or a supplied set.
Ask the provider which current source covers each subject and how it corresponds to the proposal. An assembly document may reference separate item issues; a container source may describe only that container. Keep those levels readable instead of collecting every attachment under a single generic product label. Missing correspondence should remain a question.
The bay register switches the same dossiers between mosaic and ledger views, preserving their identities rather than generating another configuration. Use that reading structure to locate sources, then ask the actual responsible parties to confirm the represented scope. No bill of materials, physical fit or storage design is derived from the archive hierarchy.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
