BAYFORM / STORAGE / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Document sets

Make the subject of every file easy to locate.

A document set should connect each selected storage identity with the current source needed to understand it. Name the source subject, issue and relationship to the proposal. A folder containing bay, bin and tray records does not prove that those objects form a compatible configuration. Keep the applicable scope beside each reference.

Separate missing, supplied and reviewed records in the real workflow. The document room contains empty worksheets and blank prompts only. Historical issues can remain as labelled context, with the questions that changed clearly visible. Ask the actual provider which sources can be supplied and who should review their correspondence.

The bay register exports a local NOT SENT record preserving the same identities through its mosaic-to-ledger change. The file includes chosen order, fictional issues and unanswered questions, but no real attachment or approval. Review the demonstration labels before using another communication route and replace them with actual item identifiers. No inquiry, purchase or installation request is submitted here.

Keep these fields together

  • Selected identities
  • Source subject per file
  • Issue/date
  • Missing correspondence
  • Responsible next reader

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
