WAYFLOWTRANSFER / DEMO

WAYFLOW / TRANSFER / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Route notes

Sequence the conversation, not the warehouse.

A discussion route gives a reader an order in which to examine records. The chosen order may follow unanswered questions or the people responsible for them. It does not determine where a cart moves, how equipment is placed or what a warehouse process should do. Name the purpose of the note sequence explicitly.

Keep each product identity attached to its source and issue when records move. The route board changes node positions and redraws its connecting stroke after a deliberate reorder. The list remains available without that animation. Adding or removing a record changes the discussion scope, so another reader should still be able to see which identities are included.

Before carrying the route into a brief, inspect the individual dossiers for missing counterpart references. Do not present the order as an operating sequence, throughput model or traffic plan. The local export preserves an information route and unresolved questions only. Actual workflow and site decisions require the relevant real-world sources and responsible parties.
