Receiving context describes the subject of a proposed transfer conversation. Start with the actual receiving counterpart and the question being asked about it. A concept of a roller, cart or board cannot establish receiving height, floor condition, package behaviour or the applicable environment. Those attributes need actual current sources.
Ask which provider or responsible party can identify the relevant context. Keep the source subject and date beside the object record. A source received for one counterpart should not silently answer another. When the receiving proposal changes, reopen the affected interface relation even if the selected equipment identity stays the same.
Use a blank scope worksheet to preserve the unanswered relationship. The local route map has no physical coordinates or measured geometry and cannot check a receiving arrangement. Carry the object, counterpart and source questions into the responsibility notes. The demonstration organizes a request; it provides no site assessment, use instruction or compatibility decision.
