An interface register names the actual object and the counterpart under discussion. Record which current source describes each side and which relationship remains unanswered. A shared photograph or convenient shortlist does not establish that the objects belong together. Begin with identifiers so the next reader can locate the relevant records.
For a roller section, cart or board, the source may cover only one part of the proposed context. Ask the provider to identify that scope and current issue. If the counterpart changes, retain its prior identifier as history and reopen the relationship. Keep an appearance preference separate from any technical review of the actual interface.
Use the route board to organize questions with their own source states. Its connecting line joins information notes only; it is not a equipment connection diagram. Before a real request, list missing counterpart correspondence and the responsible party who should answer. This collection does not define dimensions, tolerances, attachment or an approved physical arrangement.
