Keep those roles distinct from the fictional brand displayed on the website. No supplier, integrator, site owner or reviewer is appointed by selecting a record. Name the actual parties only in a real project record.
For a transition question, different parties may hold the two counterpart references. Record which source is needed from each rather than assigning a complete answer to one generic contact. Keep the question bounded so a reader understands whether it concerns object identity, current issue or another defined relationship. Leave unresolved responsibilities visible.
Before an external request, carry the actual item, counterpart, applicable scope and needed source together. The local export sends no message and contains no personal-data fields. Use your chosen real communication route to ask the responsible parties for their records.
