VACORA / REFERENCE ROOM / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Review questions

Prepare a precise unresolved subject.

A review question should name the actual object, current source and the uncertainty to resolve. Avoid sending an unlabelled collection of pictures with a request to approve everything. Separate whole-machine identity, accessory scope, counterpart correspondence and context questions when they depend on different sources or responsible readers.

Record what is actually available and what is still requested. A catalogue extract may answer an identity question while leaving a particular supplied-scope question open. A specimen may clarify appearance without establishing performance. Keep the represented scope visible so that the next reader does not inherit a broader claim than the source provides.

The room arranges three cards into a reading axis to make those relationships easier to follow. It performs no technical review. Before using a real route, identify the responsible party and attach only sources that are available. Leave missing attributes as questions and retain any reply with its subject and applicable issue.

Keep these fields together

  • Actual object
  • Current available source
  • Exact unresolved subject
  • Responsible reviewer
  • Requested response scope

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
