VACORAREFERENCE ROOM / DEMO

VACORA / REFERENCE ROOM / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Counterpart record

A relationship needs two named sides.

A counterpart question begins with both actual identities and the subject of their relationship. The proposed machine may be clear while the other item or context is not. Record the missing side explicitly rather than filling it from a visually similar catalogue image. Ask which responsible source describes each side.

For a hose or lance, keep its actual reference separate from the whole-unit source. For a room context, retain the author, date and question without implying an operating arrangement. Similar-looking connections and housing shapes do not establish compatibility. The orbit is an information layout and contains no network of verified physical connections.

Before a real review, gather the relevant current sources and identify who can answer the relationship. If either side changes issue, retain the previous correspondence and reopen the affected question. The useful record names both sides, the exact uncertainty and the next responsible reader. It supplies no connection procedure or technical decision.

Use the blank source worksheet to record actual information from the responsible provider. Fields are intentionally empty; the fictional collection does not supply a decision, current document or real project record.
