An attachment appearing beside a concept machine is not a statement of supplied scope. Identify the actual accessory and ask whether the provider’s proposal covers it, refers to it separately or leaves the relationship open. A photograph can help describe an appearance preference while the supply record remains unanswered.
Keep the vacuum’s hose and wand references apart from any filtration question. Keep the washer’s hose and lance apart from the upright unit record. For the air mover, ask what source covers the complete housing proposal rather than inventing additional attachments. Each collection item needs its own correspondence even when the buying conversation is shared.
Record the issue and represented scope of every available accessory source. Preserve earlier references if the proposed set changes. A sample of one member does not establish the whole configuration. The blank worksheet prepares these fields for actual provider information; downloading it creates no supplied set, compatibility claim or reviewed accessory record.
