AXLEAFMACHINE ROOM / DEMO

AXLEAF / MACHINE ROOM / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Machine identity

The whole object needs a current reference.

A machine identity record should name the actual proposal and the current source representing it. Catalogue labels, assembly identifiers and individual component references may have different scopes. Ask which record covers the whole supplied object. Keep the provider, issue and date with that reference so a later reader can distinguish it from a general appearance image.

The tractor, tiller and mower concepts are shown as independent objects. Their presence in a collection does not establish a supplied combination or mutual compatibility. A similar overall appearance can belong to a different proposed issue. Record differences explicitly and retain older references as history instead of letting a stable product name conceal a changed configuration.

Use interface sources to name the next relationship under discussion. The focus window changes reading emphasis while keeping the chosen identity visible. Its crop is not a verified technical detail. Actual machine attributes and supplied scope require the appropriate provider records; the demonstration prepares a question rather than validating those attributes.
