AXLEAF / MACHINE ROOM / PURCHASING GUIDE
Prepare the question
before the decision.
Name the actual machine and current issue first. Then identify the interface or supplied-scope question rather than describing it only with a photograph. Ask which sources belong to the whole object and which apply to a separate counterpart. A proposal with a changed member or option needs its correspondence recorded as a difference. Read configuration issue and document review before assembling a request bundle. The reference lens keeps object identity and independent local source states visible across its two views; it does not calculate a specification, establish suitability or create a real supplier inquiry.
Read the individual records first.
Every dossier gives its identity, visible appearance direction and the question left unresolved. Keep product identity and evidence applicability separate. A concept image is useful for describing a preference; it cannot establish the actual item, physical sample or current source.

Which current machine issue and counterpart sources describe the proposed relationship?
Rotary Tiller
Which current source identifies the implement and the interface scope being proposed?
Flail Mower
Which source describes the proposed housing assembly and supplied counterpart scope?
Use the field notes for the next step.
Choose the note that matches the relationship under discussion. Do not turn a generic attachment or source note into a complete answer for every record. Retain old sources as history when the proposed issue or context changes, with their relationship to the current proposal visible.
Machine identity — The whole object needs a current reference.
Interface sources — A relationship has more than one source.
Scope comparison — Keep alternatives individually named.
Configuration issue — A change belongs to a specific object.
Document review — A received file and an applicable answer differ.
Request bundle — Give the next reader an ordered set of questions.
