FURROWFIELD ATLAS / DEMO

FURROW / FIELD ATLAS / PROCUREMENT FIELD NOTE

Implement identity

An overall appearance and a member record are different.

Identify the actual proposed implement before comparing appearances. An assembly name, a member identifier and a catalogue image are not interchangeable references. Record the source issue that describes the complete proposal and ask which component records belong to it. An unchanged name may still refer to a changed frame, member or supplied scope.

For a tine frame, distinguish the assembly from a proposed tine. For a disc frame, ask whether the reference represents the whole arrangement or one disc. For a hopper concept, establish which source covers the assembly rather than inferring completeness from visible tubes. These are separate correspondence questions, not technical conclusions drawn from the pictures.

Carry the same actual identity into the counterpart and sample notes. Retain an earlier issue as labelled history when the proposal changes. The demonstration uses DEMO identifiers to keep its own reading paths stable; replace them with the actual provider identifiers outside this study. No supplier SKU or delivered configuration is established here.
