Note 01
Compose a review set
Use the scene desk to choose the place, moment and application. Carry the suggested family set into the local sample sheet, then add or remove families deliberately. Each checked item is one discussion sample family, not a production quantity.
Specify a finish direction and a review stage. The worksheet intentionally avoids invented price, MOQ, lead time or availability. It cannot request an actual sample from a supplier.
Note 02
Separate appearance and evidence
Review silhouette, edges, finish and source visibility in the physical sample. Separately identify the documents needed for environmental suitability, electrical design, photometry, control compatibility and any applicable market requirements.
A visually approved sample is not automatically an approved production configuration. Capture the exact item reference and document revision in a real procurement process.
Note 03
Record the outcome before repetition
Keep approved, rejected and open points distinct. A request for a different finish, source or optic may create a new configuration with its own evidence needs. Ask the real supplier to identify how a later production item will match the retained sample.
The local sheet gives you a discussion structure. It ends at a reviewable text download marked NOT SENT. No supplier receives it, no order exists, and no follow-up is promised.
