Note 01
Ground-supported objects
Reed proposes a base plate; Cairn may prompt a stake or a solid support conversation. Identify the actual substrate, foundation design, ground level, drainage and access. None of the nominal product dimensions supplies a fixing pattern.
Ask for supplier-approved drawings and have the relevant project professionals determine support, cable protection and connections. Keep irrigation and root zones visible in the coordination record.
Note 02
Wall-supported objects
Lintel requires a real bracket and cable-entry arrangement matched to the wall build-up. Review backing and the means of maintaining the fitting after finishes are complete. A rendered shadow behind the enclosure is not evidence of a tested seal.
Resolve the service sequence and replacement clearances. Ask which components are replaceable and what must be disconnected by an appropriately qualified person.
Note 03
Make access visible
Annotate the access route, removable part and project-specific constraints on a real detail drawing. Confirm that planting, furniture and doors do not block the service approach.
Record mounting accessories as part of the reviewed configuration. An attractive housing does not establish compatibility with a separate stake, bracket, anchor, driver or connector.
