FICTIONAL CONCEPT

The surface
comes first.

Choose a fictional container dossier for the surface you want to develop. The capacity names are design targets, and every material and production detail needs supplier confirmation.

BUYER NOTES

Choose by the review task.

SurfaceDecoration questionEvidence to request
ARC / 80A stripe can appear wider on the curved side wall. Ask for a wrap view and an actual decorated body before assessing registration.Compare the blank coloured body, printed body and finished body together. Record whether the apparent shift comes from the substrate, ink coverage or coating.
PLANE / 45A horizontal band makes a small height mismatch very visible at the seam. A lid and body may also show different colour even when a supplier uses the same reference.Request individual body and lid chips plus an assembled sample. Inspect the print seam, band position and gloss under agreed lighting.
TRACE / 25The fill, wall thickness and background can alter the apparent colour of a translucent body. A screen swatch cannot represent that assembly.Ask for empty and representative filled samples. Keep the base reference, white print opacity, metallic accent and final coating as separate review records.

NEXT STUDY

Keep the layers visible.

Selecting a container sets the shape for a discussion. It does not establish a resin grade, finish specification or approved ink system. Use the dossier to name the area you want decorated, then prepare separate body, artwork, metallic and coating references. Request the same physical assembly you expect to purchase.
