Individual consumer packs
Each product keeps its own identification and instructions. A shared collection insert can connect the set without implying a single care method.
12 / PACKING STUDIES
Three constructions create three different packing questions. A coordinated collection should explain those differences before anyone calculates a shipping plan.
PRODUCT-BY-PRODUCT QUESTIONS
| Product | Packing direction to discuss | Sample check | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nook | Loose-packed, shaped or compressed study | Shape recovery, surface appearance, component separation | Compression ratio or carton volume |
| Fold | Supported form or supplier-approved folded study | Mesh condition, zipper alignment, handle shape | That folding is feasible or repeatable |
| Ripple | Flat, separated or supplier-approved rolled study | Surface marking, lip shape, material interaction | That rolling will not change the mat |
SET ARCHITECTURE
Each product keeps its own identification and instructions. A shared collection insert can connect the set without implying a single care method.
A home-corner set contains a bed and a mat. Keep item count and order quantity explicit if production, inspection or replenishment happen separately.
Confirm the actual packed dimensions, gross weight, count and labeling on approved samples. This demo does not estimate freight or volumetric weight.
PACK ARTWORK CHECKLIST
A real packaging file needs product identifiers, approved size and material information, applicable warnings and care instructions, and any market-specific traceability details. Do not copy concept dimensions straight onto a consumer pack.
Use a physical pack mock-up to check legibility, barcode location where applicable, opening experience and the relationship between the product and its insert. A picture of a box would not prove shipping performance, so this study stays with a reviewable decision list.
