PRIVATE-LABEL NOTES / DEVELOPMENT SCOPE
Your identity.
Explicit boundaries.

01 / DEVELOPMENT NOTE
Define the mark before placement
Confirm that you have the rights to the identity and artwork you intend to use. Request a placement drawing with dimensions and a physical sample where necessary. Avoid assuming a photograph communicates the full instruction.
- Name the artwork version and owner.
- Record proposed placement and material.
- Keep any supplier feasibility response with that version.
02 / DEVELOPMENT NOTE
Connect identity to construction
Ask which marking process is proposed for the actual substrate and how the sample will be reviewed. The demonstration supplies no print, embossing or transfer specification.
- Check legibility on a made sample.
- Ask whether the process changes material appearance.
- Record what must be reviewed after an artwork revision.
03 / DEVELOPMENT NOTE
Keep pack details distinct
Packaging, product labels and destination information have their own evidence and approval needs. Do not use fictional demo content on real goods.
- Confirm required content with the responsible destination-market team.
- Separate decorative artwork from mandatory information.
- Keep final packaging approval outside this local demo.
