Upper, lining and reinforcement
Ask the supplier to mark component references on a construction record. Review how seams, folds and reinforcement relate to the selected upper and lining. A generated image cannot resolve hidden construction.
- Request an annotated physical sample or supplier drawing.
- Identify visible edges and internal interfaces.
- Keep reinforcement changes under the same revision.
02 / DEVELOPMENT NOTE
Upper-to-bottom attachment
Ask the actual supplier to propose the assembly route and evidence appropriate to the selected material combination. The demo specifies no adhesive chemistry, process window or bond requirement.
- Record bottom unit and upper material references.
- Ask who owns process approval and testing.
- Resolve destination-specific obligations with qualified parties.

Before a release decision
Bring the material record, fit observations, construction review and commercial quote together. A passed visual review does not resolve the other gates.
- Confirm tooling and last availability independently.
- Agree how sample revisions are frozen.
- Keep the final approval with its responsible people and evidence.
