PRODUCT / FICTIONAL EXAMPLE
Weighted bowl
A ceramic bowl in a weighted clay stand. The base is the specification, because a bowl that slides is a bowl that is never finished.

How it is made.
A glazed ceramic bowl seated in a weighted stand, with a rubber foot that grips the floor. The stand is rated by what it will not do, which is slide or tip when pushed.

Every value above is an illustrative example for a fictional range. It is not a quotation, a capability statement or a measurement of any real product.
Why the tip angle is a stated figure.
Because a bowl either tips or it does not, and it is the failure an animal actually causes. A stand rated by weight alone describes a number; an angle describes behaviour.
What a photograph cannot show.
Whether the bowl slides. A bowl that moves when pushed spills what is in it, and the movement is not visible in a still photograph.
