Workplace planner
Retains actual room plan, user sides and circulation questions.
SPACE / WORKTOP / INTERFACE
An original fictional company story and sample approach. Not a real manufacturer, customer case or certified service.
Gridwork Workplace Studio — original fictional company
GRIDWORK is an original fictional office-furniture studio imagined around a marked-up floor plan. Its story begins with a workplace planner, a furniture editor and a sample coordinator comparing the same desk in a small private room and a repeated workstation arrangement. The tabletop was similar; access, services and assembly questions were different.
The collection separates a single desk, a paired bench and a meeting table. A single desk asks about the wall, user side and intended equipment. A bench adds a repeated frame and divider relationship. A meeting table asks how chairs, the underside and the service route share the room. The studio keeps those arrangements connected to actual dimensions rather than counting seats from a photograph.
In this fictional team, the workplace planner records actual room measurements and circulation questions. The construction editor keeps worktop, frame, fixing and surface references together. The sample coordinator distinguishes a finish chip, a junction sample and a complete assembled reference. These roles describe a development conversation, not a factory, installation contractor or electrical design service.
A real project needs actual supplier drawings, material identities, assembly instructions and applicable assessment records. A wood-looking surface does not establish substrate, finish, sourcing or emission status. A cable opening does not approve an electrical installation; a desk shape does not establish load, stability or ergonomic suitability. The local planning room organizes questions and sends no enquiry or project approval.
THREE ROLES / ONE RETAINED REFERENCE
Retains actual room plan, user sides and circulation questions.
Keeps worktop, frame, junction and fixing revisions aligned.
Separates finish chip, junction sample and assembled furniture review.
QUESTIONS BEFORE CLAIMS
Use measured room references; the demo plan supplies no access or code compliance.
Separate appearance colour, actual substrate, edging and finish formulation.
Retain fixing, divider and service details; no electrical installation is approved.
Request actual instructions and applicable product-specific load and stability evidence.
FICTIONAL DEMO CONTACT DESK
Display-only fictional contacts. No communication is sent.
Record configuration, finish, physical sample purpose and the actual evidence still needed. This demonstration collects no personal data and sends no inquiry.
Retain the actual room plan, equipment list and proposed furniture schedule.
Request worktop substrate, frame, fixings and service-interface drawings.
Review a finish chip, junction sample or complete assembled unit as appropriate.
Keep assembly, installation and applicable assessment scope with the actual supplier revision.
