Form and identification
Ask whether the proposed form, model identifier and overall sample scope are understood. Do not approve unseen component substitutions.
Field manual / 09
Separate a first look at a form from a component-interface review. A smaller, explicit question makes the sample record easier to understand.

Round planning
A line on the component board is a question to investigate. It is not an order quantity or a request already sent to a supplier.
Keep up to six review lines together. Duplicate lines are blocked so the same pair does not inflate the round.
Prepare review linesAsk whether the proposed form, model identifier and overall sample scope are understood. Do not approve unseen component substitutions.
Compare the exact frame and part pair using supplier documents. List conflicts, missing mappings and the evidence owner.
Record what was reviewed and what remains open. Agree quantity, costs, timing and destination separately with the real supplier.
Visual preference, fit observations, component interchangeability, legal requirements and commercial approval answer different questions. Keep each decision identifiable.
A favourable colour review does not confirm a service part. A matching revision label does not confirm protection. A local download does not send an inquiry.
