Turn a claim
into a question.
A sample review page should make missing evidence visible. These checkpoints help structure the discussion without presenting unverified performance, certification or production controls as facts.

Original AI concept imagery. Materials, construction and dimensions require sample confirmation.
Measurements and assembled construction.
Check each finished product against an agreed measurement method and tolerance. On the duffel, review external dimensions, opening access, handle attachment and organizer placement. On the bib, review the complete adult size set. On the sack, review open and gathered dimensions, mesh-to-base seams and drawcord routing.
Material and decoration review.
Match the sample against the approved material, trim and color references. Ask for the information needed for your destination and intended use. If a supplier proposes a performance or certification claim, request the exact supporting document and confirm its scope, product applicability and validity independently.
Colorfastness, seam strength, abrasion, restricted substances and other tests are not claimed here. Any test program needs an agreed method, acceptance criteria, sampling plan and responsible party.
Functional checks without assumed limits.
Run the zipper through the intended opening sequence. Examine the way handles and straps are attached. Review the bib over the intended adult clothing layers. Open and close the sack and inspect the gathered edge. Use these observations to raise sample questions, not to invent a load rating or durability claim.
Make the approval record usable.
Record item code, sample revision, date, reviewer, evidence reviewed, deviations and next actions. Keep photographic observations tied to the physical sample. A revised material, trim or decoration process may require a new check even when the appearance looks similar.
