24 adults: 2 shared duffels, 24 bibs and 2 sacks. Demonstration ratios; not a physical capacity or carrying-load recommendation.
Default composition: 24 adults, 2 duffels, 24 bibs, 2 sacks. NOT SENT.
Every count has a reason.
A kit composition model should make its assumptions visible, especially when the purchase is still a concept.
Shared carry model
Weekly and two-wave programs start with one shared duffel per twelve participants, rounded up. Away sessions use one per eight. Personal issue changes the duffel count to one per participant. These ratios are demonstration rules for organizing a brief; they do not establish actual bag capacity or recommend a carrying load.
Bib and sack model
The weekly and away examples use one bib per adult participant. Two-wave rotation uses two. Sacks start at one per twelve participants and double for away sessions. Spare units are deliberately not added: record your own replacement and laundering rotation requirements in the notes.
From screen to sample
The shell, palette and decoration choices are specification directions. Changing them records a question for the supplier; it does not prove that a combination is available. The local worksheet retains these directions and the quantity calculations together. Download or copy it for your own review. No enquiry, account or order is created.
