FICTIONAL CONCEPTPlan the sample set before you assess the result. Keep appearance, decoration adhesion and formula compatibility as distinct questions, each with its own evidence.
SAMPLE SET
| Sample | Record | Review question |
|---|---|---|
| Blank body | Component revision, substrate, base colour reference and processing details. | Does the undecorated body match the agreed physical direction? |
| Printed body | Artwork revision, ink identity and print-area reference. | Are the agreed layout, opacity and registration requirements met? |
| Decorated / coated body | Metallic process, coating system and layer sequence. | How does the complete surface alter the appearance? |
| Representative assembly | Actual parts, fill state and agreed exposure conditions. | What remains unverified for intended handling and formula contact? |
REVIEW BOUNDARIES
Agree a physical master, viewing conditions and acceptance method. Record the exact sample and who reviewed it. No automatic colour pass exists in this demo.
Ask the qualified test owner to define a suitable method, conditions and acceptance criteria for the actual surface system. Record the result and limitations.
Define representative formulation, exposure, storage and use conditions with qualified parties. A visual inspection or decorative proof is not sufficient evidence.
REVIEW RECORD
Attach the sample identifier, artwork revision, material and surface system to every review. Record open questions alongside the result, including whether any layer differs from the tested sample. Changes to the body, print, metallic area or coating should be reviewed before extending a previous decision to a new assembly.
