A surface needs
a source record.
The photographs describe appearance. A useful procurement dossier identifies the actual substrate, coating, textile and component revision alongside retained physical samples.
APPEARANCE PALETTE
Three frame directions.
Chalk
A pale surface direction for a quieter composition. Inspect representative edges and junctions with the actual substrate identified.
Citrus
An accent direction for selected pieces. A screen colour is not a production colour code or an approved match.
Metal identity
The renders suggest a coated-metal frame. They do not establish alloy, wall thickness, weld construction or corrosion performance. Request actual drawings and material records for the selected product revision.
Coating identity
Keep substrate preparation, coating system and finish reference with the supplier’s actual sample. A colour name or visual sheen cannot establish outdoor suitability, durability or a cleaning method.
Textile identity
Sky and slate are concept palette names. Obtain actual fibre, construction, filling and care records. Neither the image nor the local selector establishes abrasion, flame, drying or lightfastness performance.
The retained reference
Assign the actual physical chip or sample an ID, review date and revision. If the construction or finish changes, return to the appropriate reviewer before treating an older appearance record as approval.
