CARE / HANDOVER NOTES

The care plan
belongs to the product.

A good handover names the actual surface, component and instruction revision. This page helps organize those records; it does not prescribe cleaning chemicals or claim outdoor performance.

FRAME / COVER / FILLING

Three records.
Three questions.

For Pause, the coated frame, textile and filling are distinct records. A care sheet that mentions only the collection name leaves important uncertainty. Ask which instruction applies to which component and revision.

For Rail and Span, keep the actual finish and floor-contact or fixing parts identifiable. Replacement components must match the supplier-approved product record.

01

Before selection

Describe real exposure, intended use, cleaning resources and storage conditions. Ask the actual supplier for material-specific instructions and relevant product evidence before making suitability claims.

02

At the sample review

Read the care instructions beside the retained physical sample. Confirm that substrate, coating, textile and component revisions match. Ask about unresolved procedures rather than improvising a cleaning trial.

03

At handover

Record who receives the instructions, what products and revisions they cover, and where the documents are retained. Include actual assembly, handling and applicable inspection guidance supplied for the product.

04

When something changes

A new coating, textile, filling or replacement part may require a different instruction. Return to the actual supplier record and responsible reviewer. Do not use this concept page as a substitute for current instructions.

Questions worth keeping.

Does the blue finish resist coastal exposure?

No environmental performance is asserted. Define the real exposure and obtain material, coating and product-specific evidence from the actual supplier.

Can the cushions stay outside all year?

No storage or exposure instruction is provided here. The real textile, filling, construction and supplier guidance must be identified first.

Where is the cleaning guide?

The demo supplies a care-record checklist, not cleaning instructions. It is available in the procurement resources for use as a discussion aid.
