Ink Diagonal
A darker diagonal that carries across a long surface. Ink Diagonal studies a fine directional surface with a darker ground and lighter yarn detail. It is intended as a visual option for a longer run of seating or a coordinated set of panels, where orientation matters as much as colour.

Prepare a sample discussion ↗Review the right detail.
Set the direction of the diagonal before planning adjoining parts. A rotated piece may read as a different tone even when it comes from the same conceptual palette.
Record the reference face and direction on the sample review sheet. Bring panels together under the intended light before closing the appearance questions.
The next question
Where must the diagonal direction remain continuous across the finished assembly?
Evidence belongs with identity.
Document cutting orientation, finished seams and physical colour references. A photograph of the cloth cannot confirm repeatability between later production lots.
Keep the physical sample, material identifier, finish and current document revision together. If the construction or intended use changes, ask which earlier observations and evidence need a new review before the record becomes an agreed supply specification.
How to organise an evidence request ↗Keep the discussion portable.
The local record below contains the specimen identity and its open questions. Add actual supplier information only in your own verified project documents. Downloading it does not send a sample request or create an approval.
