The warm folio, charcoal pod and sand tote create a coherent visual collection, but each object has its own material question. Keep the face, backing, seam and edge references attached to an identified sample. Ask the provider to state the material and construction in current documentation, and record which part of the object each answer covers. A shared colour direction does not make three constructions equivalent.
Separate appearance comments from evidence requests. A buyer may like a woven face while still needing the provider to explain the proposed backing, attachment detail and supply form. When a textile or finish changes, name the revised sample and reopen the relevant questions. Use the individual dossiers to distinguish a hanging panel, an open pod and a handled tote before discussing actual sourcing.
